I was looking to have 400 sq/ft of floating engineered hardwood installed at my condo, and I found Floors Done Right through a social media group. I couldn't be happier with how professional and helpful Michael has been. From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. He answers right away, shows up earlier than expected and is highly detail-oriented. His patience is refreshing, especially coming from someone as meticulous as me, and he truly cares about his craft. He's taken the time to fulfill my vision, and has done an exceptional job in all aspects of the install. His work is most certainly reflective of his 30 years of experience.

When the colour of the flooring I ordered didn't pan out as I'd imagined, he invested additional time (when he most certainly didn't have to) to re-lay some of the boards to try to match the aesthetic I envisioned in my head (and that is not an easy task!)

l've also just completed trade school, and he took it upon himself to take the time to mentor me and show me the flooring installation process first hand on my own home. I could not be more appreciative! It has been so very educational and helpful.

He is kind and considerate, which is a breath of fresh air in this industry. From someone who is quite high maintenance and design-driven when it comes to designs and builds, I highly recommend his services and will continue to use him for future projects and refer others to him as well!

Michel did an an amazing job on flooring installation. Quick response to my request and any questions/concerns I had. He made a good recommendation to flooring as it make the job more complete. I posted to a local FB group asking if anyone could fix a ripple in my carpet. Michael from Floors Done Right Installations reached out to advise this is something he could easily fix.

Once I contacted him, we quickly established the next day that it could be fixed. I was thrilled with the quick turnaround. Michael was on-time, very polite and professional. He fixed the ripple, another ripple on the stairs and tightened up the upstairs landing too.
