We used Royal York Property Management to do the marketing for our rental unit. Both Nathan and Avi were very professional dealing with me, taking their time to explain the gamut of their services and had a lot of patience answering all my questions. I am very happy with my tenant and grateful to Royal York Property Management for their help, courtesy and professionalism all along.

Royal York property management was very responsive with emails and calls, they walked us through the processes since we are first time landlord. Their online platform provides all the information with ult-most transparency from candidates screening, applications, and lease to rent collection. With their help, we found a very good and responsible family as our tenants. We are satisfied with the process and result.

I have to say this property management is by far my go to place in town when I need to rent a home. I have rented a house from them over 2 years now, all thanks to the owner he was always on top of things, from the first day I saw the house I liked until the end. Friendly, helpful and professional.
