This review is in addition to my A/C review below.
Our 18 year old Lennox furnace needed to be replaced.
I made appointments with two firms. Once again Chris from the Furnace Family had the best price and service through their Costco Program.
In the two months since our Lennox A/C unit was installed nothing has changed with The Furnace Family.
Chris made his recommendation, provided prices, and scheduled the installation for 3 days after our meeting.
The office confirmed the installation date and time and sent a text as the technicians left the office for our home.
Once again Rory & Jordan handled the installation (they had installed our A/C unit the month before).
They greeted me like an old friend and set about their work.
Upon completion they cleaned up, spent a few minutes testing and filling me in on the operation of the new Lennox Furnace.
Nothing had changed, the same people, the same great service.
I can get used to this.

I called around to enquire about adding an air conditioner to our home.
I decided on the Costco program through the Furnace Family.
Chris came out to review our home, and then discussed options. He took his time ensuring I understood his information. He use to install HVAC systems and there is no question he knows his stuff. He left me with a price.
I checked out two other companies and brands, both were a bit less money. Neither of these two companies instilled the same confidence I got from Chris with the Furnace Family.
I checked in with a long time plumber friend. Have you ordered yet? he said.
Who do you have quotes from?
I told him The Furnace Family and started to say the other two names.
Stop! The Furnace Family is the one you want. They are going to take care of you!
Once I ordered the Lennox air conditioner, Kaitlin called and made an installation appointment less than a week away. She certainly knows all about customer service and had everything lined up in just a few minutes.
On installation day Rory & Jordan arrived 2 minutes before my appointment time. They checked out the layout of our home first. Rory then pulled out Chriss diagram and notes and laughed. I didnt really need to check the layout, as Chris already filled me in on your home.
They quietly went about their work, cleaned up and called me down to the basement 4 hours after they started.
In less than 10 minutes they filled me in with what I needed know, thanked me for the business and left.
That was a very positive experience starting with Chris, then Kaitlin, then Rory & Jordan.
The positive reviews are true. That type of service is obviously a culture with this company and it is coming right from the top.
