Kris renovated 3 bathrooms for me and he did an amazing job. Can’t wait to work with him again on another project!

Job done as promised. Kristaq was efficient and skilled. He arranged for 2 vanity tops and sinks to be purchased and he delivered them to condo. Rooms cleared and cleaned when work completed- no mess left behind. Work done in several days. Well done.

I moved into new home in Jan 2020 and received unprofessional quality of work, very unhappy. Kris from TOP RENOVATIONS was recommended and found him to be very reliable, professional, pays attention to fine detail and super clean. He’s friendly, offers advise and goes that extra mile.
He demolished a brand new washroom and completely re-finished, installed new kitchen in basement, removed and re-installed kitchen backsplash. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone.

We were planning to renovate our kitchen and contacted several contractors. We decided to go with Top Renovations and we are so glad we did. Out kitchen was completely gutted, from the floor to the ceiling and an Ikea kitchen was installed. They were so pleasant to work with and made sure the job was done to perfection. They were always patient and positive even when we had a few hiccups on the way. When three of our cabinets did not fit the space as well as we thought, they took them apart after putting them together and put them in the right boxes so we were able to easily return them. Top Renovations suggested three other cabinets which fit perfectly. They pay a lot of attention to details and will not stop until the job is done right. Top Renovations removed all the debris from the demolition and made sure everything was covered and always cleaned up when they were done. We were able to get the kitchen we wanted and stay within our budget. We will keep relying on their professionalism for future renovations.

Kris did an amazing job building out my patio door and deck. He was very easy to work with and explained what he was doing every step of the way.

We are so happy with their service that we even asked them to give our fireplace a makeover which got done in one day vs adding it my husbands honey do “wait“ list.

Kris and his wife Christina were excellent to work with in every way. Kris was honest, upfront and did a fantastic job. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I am absolutely thrilled with the job they did. I designed my own bathroom and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it looks. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

My old kitchen was gutted and Kris was good enough to remove all the debris. Walls were refreshed and new IKEA kitchen was assembled.
