It took Alons about 10 minutes to analyze the problems with both garage doors, then about two hours to fix them both. He also reprogrammed both automatic door clickers, made suggestions about how best to maintain the doors, and recommendations about what we might do, long-term, to prolong the useful life of the doors. He was personable, pleasant, and professional throughout.
