I've had a few repair people come and go and said they coukdnt fix my Miele dishwasher no matter what the did, and quotes crazy high rates. When I called this company, they asked all about the specifics and priced out the exact quote via email. This was something I have found very rare in other companies and something that I apprecisted. As a result Alex was in and other within 20 minutes. Quick service great guy would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have a washer/dryer 2 in 1 unit and my washing machine simply wouldn’t get rid of the water, nor would it spin. Alex diagnosed the problem over the phone, picked up the part and he was out of the house 20 minutes after coming in. The problem was a broken door switch and it was replaced very quickly. The service was exceptional and most importantly very quick leaving me time to tend to my own day.
