It was very easy working with BBA Design. Ben was always very professional and prompt on giving us a design and making any necessary changes that needed to be done.
In the future I will definitely consider using BBA Design again!

When we approached Bamdad (Ben), we had a vague idea about what we want to achieve in our renovation project. Once he was done, we had a complete plan. He listened carefully to all our needs and proposed a few alternative drawings, allowing us to evaluate different options. In his design, he had thought about details that we would have never imagined. He worked closely with our contractor, to make sure that our contractor's comments and the budget constraints are taken into account. He was flexible with various revisions that needed to be done based on our feedback. He was always punctual and there was no delay on his side. Our application for permit from the city went through perfectly. All in all, we are very happy to have had a chance to work with him. He was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend him. I hired Ben initially after reading his reviews on HomeStars. My home is a two unit dwelling and I wanted to do structural renovations to both units.
We started with underpinning the basement as part of the lower unit reno. (See my previous review.) Next was the upper unit. This plan involved moving and expanding the kitchen, renovation an existing bathroom, adding a bathroom, adding a deck on the second floor, and changing the roofline on the 3rd floor to make room for new windows. Again, it was a pleasure working with Ben. Both the drawings and permits were delivered on time. He was extremely professional and courteous. His ideas and suggestions were always smart and creative and very much aligned with what I want for the property. I highly recommend BBA Design Studios.
