Really satisfied!!! We hired Royal Innovation to demolish and replace our decks (two-tiered) after interviewing multiple other companies. When you speak with Adam it's immediately apparent that he really knows his decks and there will be no short cuts along the way. The entire process was characterized by clear communication, responsiveness and follow-though. Adam and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. Adam was very courteous in answering all of our questions, providing professional solutions and making sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The team was respectful while working at the house (which matters as we WFH) and everything was cleaned up when they were finished.
