Sapphire Roofing

Very friendly. They arrived at 8am and finished by 4pm. Very clean could hardly tell they where here. Would highly recommend Sapphire Roofing.

Roof looks ok but left horrible mess in yard. Left tar stains on new interlocking, cigarette butts in the yard, pieces of shingles all over the yard. I would not recommend them as it took several hours to clean up and cigarette butts in our yard is extremely disrespectful.

I contacted Sapphire contracting to get a roof estimate, along with another 4 companies. Kevin came out the next day, spent about an hour going over material options and pricing ( which was lower than other companies for the SAME materials used - e.g. replacing a skylight, supplied and installed for $500, which was $700 cheaper than the next quote I got !! ) It was not only the very reasonable price which made me decide to use Sapphire Contracting for this project, but also the customer service, EXCELLENT warranty, and the fact that Kevin answered all my questions in a very straight forward and upfront manner. When the crew arrived promptly on the day agreed upon, they went straight to work with no messing around. They finished late afternoon, did a very thorough clean-up, and were gone well before dinner time, with no sign that they had even been there, aside from the brand new roof. They even called several weeks later, to follow up on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a new roof, or any other contracting needs you may have - they are courteous and prompt, very reasonably priced, and most of all, THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO!!

The crew arrived on time, friendly, efficient and worked throughout the day. Finished the roof and cleaned up the yard. We are very satisfied with the roof. We would highly recommend them.

I had a very satisfied experience from initial request for quote to finish. Guerman the representative for Sapphire returned my call for quote promptly and made a timely appointment. He made a thorough inspection and measurement. He presented me with a clear detailed written estimate quote and took the time to explain each line to make sure I understood. He answered all questions.
After we gave Guerman the go ahead the crew came to our home on the promised date with all supplies and equipment. The crew completed the promised roof replacement and even replaced some of the plywood sheathing that they felt was not good anymore. They cleaned my plumbing vents because they noticed that they were partially blocked. They cleaned up all around my home and left so clean that you would not know they were there. Guerman came later that day to make sure all was done properly and to give us their added warranty. About a week after we were contacted to again make sure all is well. We are extremely satisfied with the work Sapphire did. You will not be disappointed if you call Sapphire.

Replaced my 15 year old roof. Completed in one day and aside from some missed garbage, all went well.

Super job. I left in the morning and came back at night to find the entire job done, everything cleaned up, excellent workmanship, good price. And it looks beautiful! Really happy with these guys.
