In the summer of 2017, I started noticing some cockroaches in my kitchen. They would be either crawling on the clean dishes on the drying rack or inside the dishwasher. I was really upset by this as I try to maintain my house as clean as possible and had absolutely no idea where they came from. It was so upsetting to the point where I did not even want to step near my kitchen or cook.

After doing some research, I saw reviews on Homestars and decided to call Gancy. He came by in October 2017 right before we went on a three week vacation. I was not home when Gancy came but my fiancé was there. He told me that Gancy was very friendly and informative. He sprayed our kitchen with this white powder (safe for humans/pets) and after 10-15 minutes, five-ten cockroaches started coming out and within a few seconds, they would flip over and die. Gancy explained to us that the type of cockroach in our house was probably from a grocery store. He explained that it was either in the bag or on a product and we accidentally brought it home with us. He even gave us some tips on prevention. After the next few days, we would wake up and find dead cockroaches here and there. After coming back from vacation, we are happy to say that we have been cockroach free! I can finally enjoy using my kitchen again and not worry about seeing a cockroach. Gancy also has a 6 month guarantee. When I reached out this Pest control guys, I got immediate response and scheduled appointment so soon in this holiday season Gancy done the job and he is so nice n courteously answered all my queries ! I heard some noise coming from the attic. I searched Youtube for the sound and it sounded like mice, rats etc, so I decided to contact a contractor to help me resolve an issue.
I researched for 1 week to find the best contractor. (money, ratings, customer service, integrity etc)
I am very happy with my choice.
He came on time as he promised between 10-11am on a Saturday.
Kept good contact on the phone via text to make sure he was on time.
He went into the attic, and addressed all my concerns.
I lucked out, there was no issue with any rodents, it was just a attic fan vent making a noise. However, some people actually do have problems with rats/mice and other nocturnal animals.. and this contractor is the man for the job.
so, I highly recommend him for his customer service, knowledge, and integrity.

Gancy came to our house and did a thorough inspection. He laid bait and gave us instructions to seal up the openings around the kitchen pipes.
