I requested treatment for a wasp nest, as we had seen a lot of wasps around the front plants. Jancy quoted me a very fair price, was very up front about the service costs and any potential extra, as well as the guarantee. He also made sure to get out to my property the next day since I had people doing work on it and I was concerned about the safety.
I wasnt there when he came by, but he wrote to let me know that he came by and did not see an issue to treat. He was honest (didnt have to be since I wasnt even there) about how the issue didnt require his service; that the wasps werent living there, they were just attracted to the greenery so I could clean that up instead. He didnt charge for the visit.
