I noticed bubbling of the paint in my living rooms ceiling and immediately contacted Walid at Trigon Renovations. That evening Walid and Marcus attended my home and traced the leak to an old pipe that was eroded and connected to the upstairs toilet. They immediately opened up my ceiling and soldered the pipe to stop the leak. I was very lucky that I found it when I did as it could of ended up leaking to my basement. The ceiling was left open to dry out for 2 days and then they returned to replace the pipe and plaster my ceiling. On Wednesday Walid and Marcys will return to replace my toilet and paint the ceiling and walls in my living room.
I highly recommend Trigon Renovations to anyone who needs home renovations or improvements.

I was referred to Walid (owner of Trigon Renovations) by a friend of mine. Walid and his team did an amazing job with my bathroom, the professionalism and workmanship was outstanding. Aside from all that, the team was pretty flexible to accommodate. I will definitely be referring Trigon Renovations to my family and friends.

We first met Walid from Trigon Renovations last year when we needed some unexpected restoration work after water damage in our kitchen ceiling. We were happy with the work and how we interacted with the company, so we thought of them first for a project we had in mind for this summer - replacement of our aging deck, some repairs to the adjoining crawlspace, and regrading/resetting our patio stones to improve our yard's poor drainage. Walid was exceptionally responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time to explain plans and answer my (many) questions, often meeting us at home to walk us through things in person and accommodating our schedules. I always felt comfortable and in the loop. The team of people working on the project worked very efficiently and showed respect for our property and our neighbours. The deck is beautiful and the workmanship shows attention to detail. I'm sure we'll engage Trigon Renovations again for future projects.

The Trigon Renovations team were fantastic. They took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and envisioned for our kitchen. I was looking for someone to do a full basement Reno and my co worker had referred Trigon. I got on the phone and had a quick conversation with Walid and made a time too meet up within days!! Walid was very professional and punctual, as we set up time for him to start my basement renovation. Completed my basement reno couple days ahead of the scheduled time! The team at Trigon did a great job with our renovation. Despite encountering some unforseen challenges with work that was previously done by someone else, the team was able to stick to our timelines (which was really important to us). The quality of the work was great, and the communication throughout the project was much appreciated.

Although I have come to know the owner of Trigon Renovations (Walid) for only a few months, I am quite impressed with his professionalism, commitment to work, and ethics, so much so that I have decided to ditch my contractor of past 8 years, whom I had retained on ongoing basis in the capacity of real estate investor/project management. Trigon provides a honest quotation for each component of a project, and when retained, will actually show up as promised. This is a rarity given today's tight labour market in renovation/construction. As recipient of Business Leader of Character in York Region (2008), I can say with confidence that this company, though young, has a lot of potential ahead. Keep up the good work!!

Wahidi was awesome. His patience with the city of Oshawa was outstanding. Always professional. His workers were great. He kept us regularly updated of progress. He always asked if we were satisfied with the work and would make changes when we asked. He actually did extra little things that were not part of scope of work. The were so appreciated. Workers were respectful of our space. I appreciated their work so much I fed them the last weekend they with us. The apartment is gorgeous. I would recommend the company to anyone and have already given his cards to friends
