Gas Fireplace Pro

A service guy came to clean the fireplace. He did a decent job but left a few marks on the glass. The gasket and on/off switch needed servicing. After not hearing back from them for over a week, I called them. I was told that we needed something totally different. After explaining that wasn’t us Gabriel told me that he found the right quote and would send it to me. I showed my husband, who then called them up to discuss & confirm the work to be done and was told the part had to be ordered. After a week & a half and no call my husband went to Home Depot, picked up the part and repaired our fireplace. I called to cancel our work and after being told the part was on order, explained that my husband went to Home Depot, picked up the part and fixed it! You can’t rely on them to follow through. It’s like they get to the cleanings and leave the follow-up work until they can get to it. I guess they figure people will wait for them since they cleaned their fireplace to begin with. Disappointing! I had other co-workers and parents waiting for a referral but I wouldn’t recommend them.

Before checking on Home Stars I tried a couple of other companies and was not impressed. Either they were quoting ridiculously high prices and/or did not inspire confidence. I called Gas Fireplace Pro and was quoted $150 tx and offered an appointment next day. A very polite courteous technician arrived on time, placed a covering sheet on the floor, cleaned and serviced our glass fireplace carefully, quietly and efficiently. We were very impressed and have no hesitation recommending this company.

I recently had my gas fireplace cleaned and had a remote control installed. My experience was very positive. I have already recommended the services to others. The technician was professional and took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up around fireplace after job was completed.

Aiken was very professional in cleaning our two gas fireplaces and getting it working again.

The technician was friendly and courteous, he cleaned up all the components thoroughly as we haven't used the fireplace for years. He informed us the gas fireplace is still in great shape and there is no need for any repair or replace.
The company didn't hard sale any service to customer as it stated in its website.

We had cleaned our condo gas fireplace on our own over the past few years however had not done a formal maintenance and assessment for the 10-11 year old unit. The technician from BBQ Pro took care of a deep cleaning and visual re-fresh. We also spoke about the life of gas fireplaces and other considerations over the next few years. The cleaning products he used did a great job along with the paint on the back splash of the unit. We would recommend the team to others.

Incredible service. Neat, informative. Got everythong working, clean and shiny. My fireplaces have never looked better. Awesome service man! Really friendly and beautifully rearranged embers, like an artist. I have never loved my fireplaces but he really amped uo the esthetics. Highly recommend this company!

Got two gas fireplaces working again after a long period when they were not. Work was done well. Guys were on time and neat.

The fireplace required repair because it would not shut off once it was turned on.
Also, the remote was not working.
This repair and replacement/set-up of the remote was completed in a professional, timely and courteous manner.

Akin from Gas Fireplace Pro did a fantastic job cleaning my three-sided fireplace. He painstakenly cleaned the entire unit and tested for any CO2 leaks. My fireplace now looks brand new!! The glass is crystal clear again and Akin did a great job rearranging the logs and stones in the unit.
