Dishwasher not repaired, but they kept our money
Vlad assured us that he could fix our dishwasher with new replacement parts, and even gave us a 90 day warranty. But the dishwasher still didn't work after he serviced it. Vlad came back and fiddled around, but still couldn't get it to work. Our only recourse was to call the office to get a refund.
We were told several times that Michelle was looking into it and would get back to us, but she never did. Michelle will probably post a response to this review (as she seems to do with many of the negative reviews) suggesting we call her and she'll be happy to work it out. But after numerous attempts to get in contact with Michelle we've learned that won't happen.
My fault for not checking HomeStars first. Don't make the same mistake we did.
