Charged me without showing up!! I fixed the problem myself and when I called to cancel the visit I apparently violated their 3 hour minimum cancellation policy (i called 1.5 hours prior to because they were closed!!!) They even threatened to call collections on me if i did not pay. The most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID!

Hello, I am so sorry, you feel this way, when you first scheduled that appointment all guidelines and restrictions were laid out for you, we have a very stick 3hour policy.
