It was a full disaster with planning, drawings, installation, and management.
Not happy at all.
All they were great was taking a 100% deposit.

We're very pleased with the installation of our new quartz countertop, sink, and faucet. The design, preparation, and work was completed in a timely way with excellent support from James. I was impressed with his prompt replies and follow up to all our questions and concerns and his willingness to provide excellent service and support throughout the project. Thanks!

We love everything about our kitchen. The style is so distinctive and elegant. Every aspect has been thoughtfully designed and developed for use in everyday life. The finish is flawless and easy to maintain. Also, the installation was really professional and effective. Our remodeling project's easiest phase was the kitchen, and the entire crew at Kitchen Crafters makes sure your experience is as straightforward as it can be (special thanks to Craig, James, and Mike).

The quality of Kitchen Crafters and my experience had me ecstatic! James and Craig were fantastic to work with. Every inquiry I had was promptly and thoroughly answered by them. We are totally thrilled with our new kitchen! It is both functional and beautiful. Dean and his team listened to what we wanted and addressed any concerns along the way. The entire team was always professional, polite, clean and clearly cared about their work. Anytime there was any kind of problem, they always had a solution and consulted with us to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend.

Our main contact was Craig who was very knowledgeable, communicative and always available throughout the project but most of all patient with us. When Craig was on vacation we collaborated with Dean who was able to support us without missing a beat.

Our designer was Valentina who was fantastic, prompt with design options and changes and very polite. Additionally she was very receptive of our ideas and consulted us with colour options. Her drawings were spot on and we still cant believe that when we look at our finished kitchen it looks exactly like her renderings.

Mike and Jay were incredibly professional, they were so polite and respectful during the installation. I can not speak highly enough of these two team members.

The Kitchen Crafters team met and often exceeded our expectations, they were always on time with zero delays on their part. In fact during our consultation with Craig he did mention that while we are going through a home reno they will be on time and will be patient if there are delays with the other trades who were working on our reno and sure enough Craig was right in that we did experience delays and Kitchen Crafters were able to pause the install until we were ready.

Given our experience with the initial consultation meeting to project execution completion I can sincerely say we love our kitchen. The millwork, cabinetry, hardware are of superior quality look and feel however it is the entire Kitchen Crafters team made all the difference and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending the Kitchen Crafters team.

Craig, Valentina, Dean, Mike and Jay, there are so many companies for people like our family to get their new Kitchen re modelled from however, there are not many companies that have team members like all of you which, make the difference so on behalf of Alexandra and myself we send you our deep appreciation for all of your time, patience and efforts. My review comes almost 1 year after Kitchen Crafters build our amazing kitchen. Dean, Peter and team were extremely helpful in designing our kitchen. My wife and I spent a year looking for a company that could create a real custom kitchen. I recall Peter saying " if you can think it, we can build it".... And that is exactly what they did. We had a peninsula in our kitchen and my wife and I had always hoped for an island. When Dean and Peter came in and mapped it out, we could not believe that it was feasible. Everything was custom built. The quality of the cabinets was amazing. Their attention to detail was spot on. They added a number of custom add-on's that my wife found online with ease. The Kitchen Crafters team, and their contractors were a terrific and very trustworthy team. Their electrician Kelvin installed pot lights and worked on the electrical. I could not believe how much time he spent paying attention to every detail that went into a extremely practical design. Where style was concerned, Dean and Peter were very helpful in providing their input that helped us make the right choices. I said in the beginning that it has been a year since the team started working on our kitchen, and the reason I waited this long is to see how the durability and quality lasted. I wake up every morning to this amazing kitchen and we enjoy every moment in it. It looks as great today as the day the team finished their work. My Wife & I would like to thank Kitchen Crafters for there amazing work on our Kitchen. From the beginning to the end Dean and his team helped my family & I make some difficult decisions on colour, style and layout of our Kitchen. We had a Vision and he made it Perfect. We found Kitchen Crafters while at the Toronto Home show. Mike who led the installation process did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable. My wife and I highly recommend Kitchen Crafters to do a Kitchen for your home.

We used Kitchen Crafters for our new kitchen renovation and are really happy with the finished product. They make custom kitchen cabinets in-house so all you have to do is show them a picture of what you want and they can make that happen. They are also great at providing ideas to help achieve a functional space that keeps up with trends but remains transitional.
Peter is excellent at maintaining contact with the customer. We dealt with several contractors when we were renovating our home and he was by far the best at maintaining contact through text, email, and calling. We never had to chase him down for anything and he was great at answering questions, providing updated estimates and organizing the project details.
Dean, the project manager and owner was also fantastic. There were some bumps in the road with installation, as all projects have, but he handled all of the issues and made sure that we were happy with the outcome, which we are. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any kitchen reno's - big or small.

We met this company at a home show and hired them to remove and custom re-build a small kitchen in roughly the same layout. The measuring / estimating / quoting procedure was efficient, a 3D picture was produced and the price was reasonable so we proceeded. Everything was custom designed and built but our price was still less than estimates from the major home stores.

The actual install took about a week. For our job they handled all cabinetry, electrical and plumbing. Their people were very professional and helpful, including Peter the estimator, Dean the owner / supervisor and their staff and trades. Minor fitting issues due to our appliance selection were quickly corrected because they do their own cabinet manufacturing in their Misssissauga shop. Change requests we decided to make during the install were handled easily and professionally.

Our renovation was relatively simple and quick and we were extremely pleased with the final product (see photo). The actual quality of build - design, materials and carpentry - was excellent.

We would easily recommend this company for anyone doing kitchen renovations.
