Stefano was fantastic! He did a very thorough job checking everything out and didn't seem to mind me tagging along and asking him a bunch of questions. He answered everything, explaining some things in great detail, and was very friendly and pleasant the whole time. He was also very careful and courteous about trying to not track any dirt or loose insulation anywhere, even when getting into otherwise rather messy places (like the attic). I would definitely recommend him for anyone's home inspection needs.

To be honest his customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. He was very thorough in his home inspection. He actually inspected the home as if he was buying it. Stefano had completed the inspection of the house I sold. He had actually showed up a day early to check out the exterior and was very polite and kind. He appeared to do a thorough job and the purchasers of my home seemed to be very content with his work. I felt comfortable using his service to inspect the home I purchased later that week. He was easy to talk to, explained everything thoroughly, showed up early for the inspection, was extremely detail-oriented and provided us with a report on the spot. He pointed out issues as we walked through the home and provided us with recommendations as we walked through. He check for temperature changes and moisture at just about every inch of the house. He checked every single outlet, tested every appliance, opened up the furnace, and was very knowledgeable.
