Quantum Home Inspections

I had a bad experience with inspector of previous house whose incomplete job caused me several thousand dollars including changing roof in the same year as the purchase.
I friend of mine recommended Stefano for inspection of my new home to be. I was totally impressed with the almost 4 hours of inspection carried out by him using his expertise as well as advanced equipment he used to inspect from top of the roof to the every corner in the basement ending with a paperless report with lots of picture taken during the inspection emailed to me. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a detailed home inspection with no reservation.

when I sold my home the buyer used quantum home inspection and found absolutely each and every defect so when recently I purchased my new home I made sure to Steffano do the inspection and thank God I did because he found so many problems we had to walk away from our offer.

We recently had our roof replaced however I felt that it was done poorly and found Stefano's contact on Homestars to do an inspection. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this experience. Stefano was quick to get back to my message and booked an appointment right away. He was very punctual (even a bit early), pleasant and friendly to work with. He came over on a weekend so my kids were at home but he entertained their curiosity and enthusiasm with great patience! He was very thorough and diligent with his work and went above and beyond with the inspection. He even had a lot of home safety suggestions that weren't part of the initial job we asked him to do. Stefano is great to work with. He is very responsive to text and emails. He shows up on time and is reliable. He is knowledgable, fast ,efficient, and courteous. He has the proper gear to complete home inspections. He will go on top of your roof, in to your attic, basement and everything in between. He is happy for you to accompany him during all steps of the home inspection process and is happy to answer questions as you go through the home.
