Nice not having someone come into our office to set up the system. Was super easy to do it ourselves. Called in when the box arrived to speak to an install specialist and was off the line 30 minutes later with everything working.
The app is easy to use and, when people come back to the office, we can put as many users as we need to on there.
Great option if you want simple, monitored service.
I have been a customer for 2 years. Love the product, the serviceable the price. Recently installed a system for my brother and he is just as happy as I am. I would recommend Think Protection to everyone.

You get what you pay for. Yes cheap montly fees but you will wait on hold for 2 hours to order any additional equipment. There is no way to get a hold of anyone other than calling. I messaged them on facebook and you can see they read my message and ignored it. Take my advice and go elsewhere!

Terrible experience since day one! The Sales Rep sold me a package and didn't inform that the camera was a doorbell camera. He knew the alarm system was for a commercial space (why would I need a doorbell?). Then, I had about 2-3 months back & forth regarding the camera installation, which was simply not working. Yes, they did shipped a new camera for me, which finally worked, but they requested me to send the old one back and pay the shipping fees!
After about 8 months with Think Protection, I needed to play back the camera recordings, as someone violated my front door. I called their technical support and the person said the camera didn't save any recordings and I had to restart my camera memory card! What a services! What's the purpose of their alarm system as it's not any helpful at all! Just waste of money and time! NEVER buy it!
Purchased the alarm system and camera couple of years ago, love it, no problems and very helpful whenever called in. Way cheaper than other companies, and not locked in to any contracts. They have been excellent with us. We are now looking at purchasing the fire alarms.

Alarm has been tripped twice in the last 2 weeks. I was worried that they have not sent any emails about offers or anything else in a while. Purposely set off my alarm and sat there for 5 minutes waiting for a call. Nothing

The company provides sub par service. The response to alarms is beyond bad. 2+ hours. I would never recommend this company as they are completely unprofessional. I have never dealt with the likes of Think Protection. If you are looking for a reliable alarm company this is not the one
Sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the alarm response. I do believe when you say 2 hours though you are referring to the arrival of authorities to your home which at times is beyond anyone's control. We take your security and safety very seriously and all alarm events are handled in a timely manner by alerting both the homeowner and authorities.
The company has a terrible keypad. Our keypad repeatedly armed itself away, while we were home. Sometimes it even rearmed itself away after we had already armed it to stay. We called the company and they resent us a keypad. This one was faulty as well. They now want us to pay for the return of the replacement keypad and they still have not figured out what was wrong with the system. Why should we have to pay for something that is faulty? They should be covering the shipping and return process, especially since they have not solved the problem.
Not to mention the alarm system triggered once while we were away. No one broke in and when the police arrived there was no evidence that anyone had been at the house. When we checked to see what door had tripped, it was an internal door from the inside of our garage that was dead bolted shut. It was impossible for that door to have budged enough for the alarm to trip. But the company insisted it must have been the wind from a window blowing the door open (which we do not have any windows near the door in question). They refused to cover the police charge which was ridiculous as it was their system malfunctioning again. This happened another time with a different door, however we were able to cancel the police in time because we were close enough to home to check it out for ourselves. Other than these issues, the company is good. It would just be nice if they would stand behind their product and when there are faulty issues, cover the home owner's incurred cost.
