Think Protection

I just got our system installed, it was easy to setup and with the excellent technical support I got it up and running. I would recommend it for anyone looking to try a new system.

Think protection is a security company that is great and very reliable. I always get the help I need with their terrific customer service. The security equipment was easy to install and easy to use. I can feel secure and comfortable knowing there is protection. I also appreciate the key fob and cameras the offer which makes things very easy and helpful. I am a happy customer.

Think Protection simply works well. We love the app and simplicity of setup! It's neat we can add additional pieces to the system as we wish to make it as economical or as expensive as you want!

In my opinion, Think Protection offers the industry's best value for dollar proposition. They continually offer new and industry leading products while being affordable. Customer service is very responsive and to this point hold times have been under one minute if at all. I was forced begrudgingly to install a home alarm due to a business endeavor, and can honestly say that Think Protection has been a pain free and easy option. Don't hesitate, they are the real deal.

We were looking for a home security system and after some research and consultation with Sales department, we choose Think Protection. The pricing was reasonable and customer service was good. The equipment arrived in time and it was easy to install. I had no problems with the setup over the telephone. The system is as good as any other full service provider - they have good service and cost less than $18/month which is no brainer for what we get.

Their fees are reasonable, no contract and no installation fees as you install the equipment yourself. If you have an issue with installation, you call them and they will walk you through (but equipment is fairly straightforward) A few issues with the camera app (which is different from the main Think Protection app) but a new app is available and apparently better.
In general, it's a good company with excellent customer service.

I've been using Think Protection for almost a year now and they have great service, the products are reliable and dependable. I am someone who researches the death out of something. Many companies pressure you into buying things you may or may not need. here i was able to have what fits my needs. The monthly price doesn't break the bank, and you install it yourself. You are coached through it on the phone by a company expert. No drilling no wires. Peel and stick. What is great is if my needs change, I can add more equipment anytime. Dont waste your time with other companies who charge a high monthly fee, and save on the installation. Thank you Think protection. Definitely recommend.

I'd been looking around for some time but couldn't decide on who to use for my security system. I finally decided on Think Protection and I'm very pleased with my decision .
