Purchased think protection in September 2018. Actually had a home break in since then and think protection was very efficient and helpful. Whenever I call for anything, the wait time is not long and customer service is very good. They now updated their app so that a plus. One complaint is that every time you order another sensor or any additional equipment, you have to pay the shipping fee every time. would be nice if it was only charged the first time and all additional purchases had the shipping fee waived.

We installed a Think Protection security system recently. We are very pleased with the professional help we have received via telephone and online. It appears to be a great system and certainly value for the price.

I have being a customer with think protection over 2 years now.
I like the cost of monitoring fees compare to other companies.
The equipment works good.
They do call u within a couple of minutes if the alarm goes off.
All in all I am achappy customer.

When I found out I needed to install system myself I was a little scared.
The installer on the phone was excellent. Very happy with my alarm.

Great system and easy to install. Would recmd the cellular feature if you don’t have realiable wifi. Service is great and very responsive when troubleshooting technical issues. Monthly fee is less then $20

Good value. No wait for tech support on the phone. Quick response from monitoring center. Easy installation. The new app needs a little more polishing but it is an improvement over the previous version.

Great customer service when I have questions regarding the equipment. Prompt responses wherever an alarm has triggered. Have had some serious concerns early on with faulty equipment where an alarm was tripped and policed came to house. I was charged by Think for false call when it was their equipment that triggered the alarm, nothing else.

The system is quite reasonably priced to purchase and very simple to install - 2 way tape. Once put in place, the technical folks walk you through set up and it's ready to use. When I move, I simply remove the 2 way tape and take the system to my new house. No chargers for uninstall/reinstall or reactivation. Perfect! And monitoring is only 14.99, which is the best I could find anywhere. Great system and very easy to deal with people by phone.

Think protection was perfect for me, easy to purchase what I needed and simple to set up. Agents helped through set up and testing process. App is convenient and on top of all my home insurance was reduced ! Highly recommend

I have had this service for about half a year, and have had some issues with the remote control being unreliable, but overall I am getting good value for what I am paying. Just called and got a new door contact activated, along with a camera. Setup was easy, and the rep was courteous and helpful. Having a single app for security and camera would be very nice.
