Im blown away from Alexs prompt response to my message and the way he handled the problem. He called me soon after I left a message, and accommodated an assessment service visit to assess my malfunctioning sump pump, accommodating to my availability. Diagnosed the problem (float issue, which I also suspected). He presented to me a couple of solutions. Then coordinated and linked me to a sump pump specialist who deals with the type of drainage system and pump that I have. Alex kept following
with me on progress of pump replacement and my
satisfaction. The initial assessment/service call was
free, no obligation. Im extremely happy with the speedy fix of the issue, and impressed that all service people

I hired them for a second time.
I live in an old house and have gotten used to the damp odors and slight moisture in the basement, but recently, a rain led to a wet basement floor and I knew something had to be done. I have contacted Alex because this time around, I knew that I needed a waterproofing contractor to resolve this issue once and for all. I wanted to see a contractor group that cares about the client and takes pride in their work, and let me tell you - Rainbow Solutions Inc. did not disappoint me! Alex explained the entire project to me step by step, foreseeing that the foundation is going to be in a severely misshapen state (and it turned out to be exactly like he said). The team parged my entire foundation with hydraulic cement (this was essentially a separate masonry job for which they did not charge any extras), preparing the below grade walls for waterproofing material application. They installed all of the materials in accordance to the contract, explaining everything in the process! After they were done with the material application and sump pump installation they cleaned up everything and my property actually looks cleaner than it used to prior to the start of the job! I am very happy with this job and cannot thank Alex enough! If you guys want to have a dry basement and a peace of mind, look no further than Rainbow Solutions Inc.
