I am incredibly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Action Home Services in fixing my porch. From start to finish, their team exhibited professionalism, expertise, and dedication. The communication was clear, the workmanship outstanding, and they completed the project within the promised timeframe. Not only did they rectify the issues I had, but they also enhanced the overall aesthetics and durability of my porch. I highly recommend them for their top-notch service and quality workmanship.

Loved working with Danielle on my beautiful backyard design. She walked me through many different options within my budget and designed the most beautiful planting plan! The service and installation was outstanding. They guided me from start to finish and I cant wait to FULLY enjoy my outdoor space next summer!

Action Home Services replaced our asphalt driveway, retaining wall, border garden, and walkway but, we live in a semi and share the driveway space so our neighbours also participated in the project so AHS actually did two driveways, two retaining walls, and two border gardens. This review is only for my portion of the work.

Coordinating between two clients on the same job would pose a challenge, as you can imagine, for any contractor but AHS did a phenomenal job of ensuring that both clients were satisfied and that the overall look was both unique yet coordinated.

From the first step of the on-site quoting right to the end of the job, I really enjoyed working with all the AHS team members. I feel we got great advice on a variety of topics. For example, we were able to lower the height of our retaining wall which was really helpful. We also got fantastic design suggestions for both the brick work and the garden and we are so happy.

I felt every person on the team was professional and communicated well. They were respectful and generally clean (this was a very dirty job). I felt strongly that the team was transparent, too, and I think we paid a very fair price and when the job specs changed, the invoice changed to reflect that and was promptly communicated.

What made this job even more complicated was the fact that on my non-neighbour side is another neighbour whose driveway bordered our walkway that AHS was also redoing. We were worried our neighbour's driveway would be damaged, just because it literally touched our walkway. I was amazed that AHS was able to do such detailed work without damaging their driveway at all.

It goes without saying that all clients want quality work done but, speaking for myself, I can tolerate imperfections and even changes in job specs or cost if I am dealing with a contractor who communicates with honesty and in a timely fashion. I think that builds a trusting relationship and I feel like I got all of the above from AHS and would recommend them to anyone.

Our driveway is made out of pretty old pavers - about 20 of them were cracked and there were a lot of tall weeds. We also had a couple of sunken areas in our newer backyard patio due to ants. Mykola's team did a very nice job of eliminating the weeds, replacing the broken pavers, leveling up the sunken areas and re-applying polymeric sand. They also removed and replaced our front door landing and steps and the garden retaining wall next to the steps (everything had been improperly installed years ago and were falling forward). Once or twice during the job we had a concern but Mykola came back promptly to have a look and address our concern. Great job - the finished product is solid and looks amazing!

I hired this company and was impressed with the quality and speed of the work. Considering tight timelines due to preparing the house for sale, from meeting the exceptionally polite and qualified salesman Dmytro to the start of the work, it took no more than two days. Managers Mykola and Joe exceeded my expectations, helping make financially beneficial decisions and responding quickly to my questions. The team was very polite, worked neatly and swiftly, even in the rain. I had warned about having elderly neighbors, and I'm grateful that it was taken into account. Overall, in four days, they installed a new lawn, did a huge power washing job including fence and retaining walls, laid new asphalt, and covered porch with interlock. Thank you, Action Home Services. Definitely will hire you guys again.

Choosing Action Home Service is one of the rightest decisions I have ever made! My designer Shilin is so young, but she is really patient, professional and passionate about her job. She totally understand what I want! She made my front yard definitely meet what I expected even much higher! I cant appreciate her more! I highly recommended her to my friends and neighbors. I wanted to share my experience with Action Home and their exceptional expertise in the permitting process for a legal parking pad. Throughout my research phase, I had the privilege of working with Kin Chan, the senior designer. Kin's knowledge and insights into the intricacies of the permitting process were truly impressive. John explained in detail, the timeline & how the work would be completed. The project manager Mykola, together with Constantin were diligent in overseeing the project until completion.

Greg is an honest hardworking and reliable man to deal with . We were very happy with the results of this major Reno including swimming pool and a lot of stonework . Brendon, Dwayne and, Jose and were all pleasant to work with. This is important for a five day a week six week project.! They take pride in their work and were more concerned than we were about small details that needed redoing! We couldn't be happier with results . We looked at a several other properties he has worked on, and the work done looks great not only when its just done,like ours,but years later.
