Responsive to initial request for quotation and promptly sent representative to estimate the job and arrange for designer to work with me on the project. Kin was wonderful to work with and had a great vision for the backyard and worked with me on adjustments that perfectly suited my taste and requirements.
The team worked tirelessly under very difficult conditions to infill and decommission a huge 80s era swimming pool and all the equipment (heater, pump, gas lines), installing new paving, sod, retaining wall, fence and garden planting. The project managers were very knowledgeable and gave good advice regarding what was feasible regarding the newly infilled area (settling, shifting) and Kin worked along those limitations to come up with a beautiful design. The workers showed up every day as scheduled and were courteous and professional from start to finish. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to overcome some significant challenges they encountered on site, including huge tree roots, thorns, and wasps.
Ron was very responsive to any concerns raised during the project and attended on site to resolve any issues. The finished job was beautiful beyond what I imagined and we received so many compliments. I highly recommend this company.
