After which Victor proved an estimate. We had compared a number of movers and were impressed by his professional service and his company's A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. So we committed with a nominal down payment. There was regular contact as dates were needed to be adapted but Victor was professional and accommodating. I was impressed with Victor's follow up and contact with us during the day of the move. Victor and his team arrived with the truck on the afternoon as promised, we were impressed with the care taken to move everything out of the home, no walls or floors were marked. Special care was taken to ensure all furniture was wrapped and packed for the long trip to Calgary. The packing was completed later that day and driven back to Calgary. The truck arrived at the Calgary address on the pre-determined time everything unloaded without a hitch, nothing damaged, all unloaded within the scheduled time.
