We used Air Point a couple years ago to replace our original, 30+ years old AC and were very happy with the quality and service. Last fall our furnace gave up and needed replacement. Air Point came to rescue on a very short notice and installed new furnace and smart thermostat. They didn't stop until we were completely happy.
This spring the motor on a new furnace became noisy and Air Point did a great job again replacing the motor. We would highly recommend the company, great quality, excellent service.

Air Point did an amazing job replacing our 28 years old furnace and installing a new humidifier. They had to move the water heater to meet the current code and pulled extra wires to connect new humidifier to our existing smart thermostat. Their office was very easy to get ahold of and always very helpful. We're looking forward to their next visit for AC installation.

Satisfied with the service and the quality of the job done. Our heater broke down, and we were able to get a prompt response and estimate for the work. The installation was booked and completed next day and they did send a technician to follow up after installation was complete.

There was some concerns initially, some water was dripping from the humidifier and there was a "smell" issue, however they were resolved once technician came over, and turned out to be minor problems.

Greg did an amazing job in the installation of a humidifier for my home. Even though the installation was a bit tricky due to the space constraints, he managed to install it perfectly with no issues. He was very patient and thorough with his work and I highly recommend this company for any of our HVAC needs; repairs OR installations.

My home heater stop working Saturday afternoon and Technitian so it in a 1/2 h. Repare was impossible and he recommended to install new one energy officiant. There are not enough words to express our satisfaction with the services we've received from Air Point Heating and Cooling.
Once we arrived home last Saturday at late evening and found that our house is cold and there is no heat coming from diffusers, we were very worried to stay overnight with dropping temperature. I called Air Point and explain the situation. The service expert came promptly (in less than 1 hour) considering that we are living in rural area outside of Toronto. The diagnostic was performed and our heater was repaired right the way.

Had problems with my furnace. Would start and stop intermittently. Their technician diagnosed it as a defective gas valve/regulator. Replaced the defective item next working day and now everyone is happy. They were quick, friendly and respected all health protocols.
