We called Dereck to take a look at our leaky roof, and he came out quickly, even though it was his busy season. He took photos of the issues he found and showed us exactly what hed do to fix it. After he fixed up the roof, weve had no further issues. Thank you so much Dereck!

We recently were experiencing a severe water leak from our roof during heavy rain and needed a quick response and repair.
As Accountable Roofing had installed new shingles and gutters for us 7 yrs ago I called their number. No answer and as I thought the owner may be on winter vacation, did not leave a voice message.
An hour later the owner Derek saw the missed call and returned my call. I informed him of our leakage from an unknown source and he said he would be over within the hour.
He arrived and did a quick roof inspection and found several holes in the gutter liner caused by raccoons. He left to get equipment and repair material and was quickly back on site.
He worked in heavy rain for several hours to stop the leaks and repair the damage.
