Wow! Im so pleased with how our pool turned out! You definitely get what you pay for. I didn't want just a hole in the ground, I wanted a conversation piece and work of art and thats exactly what I got. This company was highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Im very impressed and will be referring anyone I can to them!

I have been ignored. Nobody (Darryl) is returning my calls to book an appointment. Kadel promised me a job done well and respect. Instead he has left me with a half done job and will now accept no responsibility to actually help. This back and forth has been going on for weeks.

I am now officially angry and feeling betrayed now that my pool is a dark shade of green despite my alerting Kadel as soon as it started to get murky.

I have no doubt Kadel, with promises but zero follow through, has taken advantage of my situation (I am a suicide widow with two young boys) and now I do not believe that the pump he told me to replace was broken beyond repair.

SHAME!!!!

Great, reliable service. The team did a very good job on my pool. They came on time, reviewed the equipment, they were very knowledgeable about pool systems, advised us about the best way to implement maintenance program for the pool, very satisfied.

We are very pleased with Kadel and his Team. Kadel was very friendly and easy to deal with. He listened to all our needs and was able to give us opinions and options on what would work best with our backyard. He also walked us Through all that he was doing while doing it. . Pool was completed and was amazing. If you are looking for a pool builder that will go above and Beyond your expectations and is incredibly fair ,

Quickly opened my pool with full cleaning of pool deck, removing all debris and cleaning the cover.

All bags were cleaned, rolled and stored in my shed.

Then, ladder and diving board were cleaned and installed.

All done while wearing social distancing equipment. Great job.

When my concrete pool needed work, most of the company do not even bother to call back or to provide a written estimate. More importantly, not many company have the know how to work on concrete pool. Bliss always return my call and explain in details what need to be done. The team have excellent work ethic and reasonable cost. I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years and would highly recommend their services.
