Window Mart

When my husband and I were looking for window we called Window Mart and we needed financing. They sent Max over to our house in Bruderheim. Both times he arrived right on time and explained in details. Max offered us a very good deal in financing so we went ahead with project. He was very honest, clear and made sure that we understood everything. I would recommend him to any customer at Window Mart.

I met with Ivan Ranyuk in November at my place in Riverbend when he came to present his windows. Even though I had already signed with a different company, I wasn't completely convinced I made the right decision as I had been given very little information. Ivan showed me samples, went over the quality of the materials, which I liked and phoned the other guy to cancel and signed with Ivan.

The windows and the side door were installed in early spring, and all I can say is that I am happy and glad that Ivan turned right at the right time.

The installers worked very efficiently, were quick and left no mess upon departure.
Ordered a new front door now, can't wait for the same high quality upgrade this fall.

I live in Shawnessy and had several windows replaced last year. Ivan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed with the quality of the product and the installer was professional and efficient. I was so happy with the windows that I got 2 doors and 3 more windows replaced this year. Phoned company for quote to purchase and install a new bathroom window. Was efficient and quick to explain the company's policy and description of what I purchased. Very easy to talk to.

Our house is in Patterson Heights and we had our upstairs windows replaced by Window Mart in the fall last year and we are so happy with them. We had lots of problems with our old windows and condensation. Every winter when it’s cold, we had puddles of water on the inside of our windows. The water would ruin our window jambs and the casings and we had to repaint them every few years. Since we've had the new triple pane windows, we have very little condensation (just a few drops) and it’s so much quieter in the house.

We have been very pleased with the entire process. Everything from working with Vitaliy to the guys who came to do the installation was very smooth. The installation crew cleaned up and was very courteous. The windows are excellent quality and we were able to keep using our existing venetian blinds.

We are now working with Ivan to replace our main floor and basement windows.

We purchased two windows from Julia and she has been very knowledgeable and very helpful if we need more windows we will certainly come to your company. Can’t wait to have our new windows installed.

We moved into a home in Millrise September, 2017 and found the home cold in the winter. Contacted Window Mart Calgary along with 3 other estimates. We chose Window Mart. Triple pain windows made a large difference to maintaining an even, comfortable temperature summer and winter. We have recently (June, 2020) decided to change the remaining windows in the house. We, of course, called Window Mart as their service was excellent and their prices reasonable. Installation went perfectly and no mess left behind. Daria in 2018 was excellent as is Ivan (2020). It is always comforting to get estimates with no pressure from sales people. Both Daria and Ivan answered all my questions, explained the estimate thoroughly and everything is and was to my satisfaction.

Job well done. On time, on budget, 2/3 of the quote provied by other vendors. Clean, outstanding service. All the windows look good. No cracks, no screw ups on a 100+ year old house. Highly recommended!
