There was water damage in my house not long ago. I wasn't sure what is was so I called random plumber to come check it out. The plumber told me that my shower was broken. I went out and bought a new shower and realized the plumber that I found had no idea what he was doing. As frustrated as I was, I started googling again and making sure that I read every review comment and I landed on The Restorators.

I reached out to Mark (The Restorators)for help seeing they had amazing reviews on google. Throughout the whole process, they provided excellent service and knowledge. When I called, they responded right away and got to the scene quickly to look at the damage. They took the time to fully explain the restoration process and answer all of my questions, which made me feel better during a stressful time.

During the whole restoration process, the team was polite, professional, and quick. They worked diligently to mitigate further damage and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. Every part of their work showed how much they cared about quality and how much they paid attention to detail. This is so important to me because of what happened the first time.

Restorators worked on several areas of our 100-year old home- water damage in basement, on original hardwood floors, warping of plaster in many spots. Mark was very responsive and willing to take on all elements, in contrast to some other companies who only wanted to take a certain piece (e.g. remove damage, but not renovate after). The wood restoration was remarkably well done given its complexity and older wood style (original from 1920s). Ron, the on-site boss, was extremely kind, professional and easy to work with. He too was responsive to feedback and did not hesitate to re-do things to meet our needs. The work did take many months to complete and the schedule was a bit unpredictable, however this reflects that a big part of their business is urgent and can take them away unexpectedly. I appreciated that the final invoice was not more than the estimate!

We had the unfortunate happen when our toliet malfunctioned and flooded causing water damage throughout our home. We were extremely stressed out and didn't know where to start. We called The Restorators and Mark came to the rescue. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and very empathic about our situation. Mark and his crew worked day in and day out to ensure our home was brought back to life, he handled our insurance claim even when they were pushing back Mark did not give up he fights for home owners that may not be as knowledgeable about insurance claims and guided us in the right direction to ensure we were treated with respect and got everything we deserved. The crew...Ron, Gabriel, and Armondo were absolutely amazing! They treated us with respect always with a smile and helping hand. They truly went above and beyond our expectations, they worked so hard to make sure we were happy throughout the entire rebuild and even went out of their way to help us move items to and from our rental home. We have never met or heard of contractors that go above and beyond like The Restorators have done. We 100% recommend them without a doubt too bad there were only 5 stars to rate them these guys deserve 100 stars! Thank you Mark and the crew for all your hard work our house looks amazing we are extremely happy we chose you guys to help make this very stressful time into a experience we will never forget!

Having a home wreck while you are out of town is something I won't wish on my worst enemies but we found ourselves in that situation. A burst pipe flooded our home and being a first time home owner, we had no idea where to turn to. We were introduced to Mark from The Restorators by one of our family friends when we broke the news. Mark not only deployed his staff on war footing but the details to find the leak, ensuring safe keeping of our belongings and respecting our home. The first few days were a pain to understand but he took care of the insurance navigation, advising us on the temporary stay arrangements and so on. We lost a good amount of time but what I admire the most is open communication and no false promises. This was a stressful time and while the rescue operation ended, the rebuilding took time.
