Our newly finished basement flooded - water was coming up between the recently installed new flooring!

We were a bit at a loss at where to even start so I started looking to a service to help. I’m so glad I found the Restorators! Mark and his team arrived within about an hour after my call and assessed the damage. I’m so glad I got a professional opinion because it was much worse than I thought it was! Mark explained the entire process and kept us updated throughout!

The end result was amazing, Mark and his team restored the basement going above and beyond on many occasions to ensure it was perfect!

We were referred to Mark as we needed a large old boiler removed along with some asbestos piping. Mark’s pricing was fair and service was very prompt. I would highly recommended his services.

Mark was very responsive and able to diagnose and address our mold issue extremely quickly - including rebuilding the affected areas. I had a basement drain back up in one of my rental properties. The water and sewage damage was not significant but I wanted to make sure the damaged area was properly cleaned, deconatminted and sanitized. I called Mark and he came by the same day and while he could not provide a hard quote, he did provide me with a sense of the cost per hour, the cost of the scrubber air cleaner and the number of hours it would take. His crew came the very next morning and they did an excelletn job! My tennat was very happy with the job and the final result. The final bill had no surprises and was actually lower than i had expected. Great job Mark!! I would be happy to use yur services in the future.

Mark and his team came on the night of our sewage backup incident and quickly got to work. They removed all of the content, removed the sewage water, and dried and sanitized the space as quick as possible. There were some hiccups - some of the content was lost during the move to an offsite storage unit. But Mark owned up to it and he also personally helped with working with my insurance adjuster to get me a fair settlement.

Many thanks to the team and Mark especially. He came for a free estimate and I've got a fair deal. I've interviewed a few more companies by phone, but for some reasons I just felt they are gonna do a great job. And my expectations were met. They came three times. So do not expect the job to be done in an hour. It's a special process and a technology behind it. My attic looks like new now. Literally, the plywood is brand new.
They also put a bathroom fan vent which wasn't properly installed by the previous contractor (through the soffit). They clean the baffles, so this is adequate airflow in the attic.

Mark immediately responded to our emergency call in the early hours of a Sunday morning and had an experienced technical team and equipment on-site within 60 minutes of the emergency call. Mark and his team quickly and effectively controlled both interior and exterior flooding, and implemented corrective actions to ensure full drying of the affected areas. Once all areas were fully dry, Mark assigned skilled contractors to install insulation, repair damaged drywall and cabinetry, and paint and restore our finished laundry/kitchen and washroom to pre-damage condition.
