Initial order okay but return and refund problematic

I ordered what turned out to be wrong size filter for fridge. Initial service and communication was good. Return process seemed smooth but still waiting for refund of items that have been returned and received by Pure Filters. I had planned to place another order but am now hesitant given how long this refund is taking.
