I ordered a solenoid for my home humidifier. Was sent one that doesn’t work. Tried calling and their line never takes calls. Tried emailing and still no resolution. I got an email that I would receive a return label and authorization and that was over a week ago. It is something that can be instantly done. Reply though email take days on days. I will not trust this company ever. Don’t waste you money.
