They are great with ideas but follow thru is terrible. on my third counter top and a very expensive bookcase that was to go under counter top is garbage. The contractor did not countersink a screw. Now it has a nice gouge and big scratch. They had to rebuild my dining room wall because they measured wrong. this is now a 7 month project and I will be doing business with another company for my bathroom. I don’t want them touching anything else. It’s a same because they are a Canadian company and use Canadian products.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Luke, James and the entire HOME Team to redo our kitchen and main level...if we could give them 11 stars we would. From concept, to installation the HOME team exceeded every expectation and Luke's design to maximize our space blew us away....we absolutely love it and love entertaining in our new kitchen! Luke said he wanted to knock it out of the park and they did. You can shop around, but for quality, budget and overall pleasure to deal with HOME is your one stop contractor to suit any project.

It was a real pleasure to work with Rebecca, Luke and the rest of the team on my kitchen renovation. Any questions or minor issues were dealt with promptly. All steps from the initial demo to final details were handled with a high level of quality. I am very happy with my kitchen and would work with HOME again.

Rebecca, Luke and James were exceptional right from the design concept to the final finishing nail. They were also supportive and attentive. They listened to our ideas and recommended new ones that we had never thought about for both beauty and function. The trades, painter Lee and HVAC and plumber were all efficient and tidy. Our reno occurred during the winter months and they worked tiredlessly to complete the job by Christmas for our family to enjoy.

James is amazing. He is so knowledgeable and his attention to detail is fantastic. All the staff we dealt with were very helpful but James is a special person. His customer service is of a very high standard. He is so responsive, honest, open and wants you to be satisfied with the end product. We were so pleased with the first bathroom that we engaged him to do the second bath. Their time frames are realistic.

Very pleased with the end result of our complete bathroom renovation. From the guidance through the planning process to the attention to detail throughout the construction. The team were respectful and courteous and always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day. We will definitely look to them for any future renovations.

Our home is older and with it came some challenges such as uneven floors, older plumbing, etc. The guys took the extra time and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right so we wouldn't have further problems down the road. They took the time to answer my questions. They took my design and made it better. Our bathrooms are show pieces now and our guest rave about how beautiful they are. They saved us money by custom building some pieces in the kitchen to make an awkward layout work that would have been far more expensive otherwise.
