We needed a 25 foot section of flashing replaced in a rather tricky spot. Not only did Leon replace the aged and failing flashing, he improved its fit to the house and coverage drastically. His team also installed a new 25 foot section of eaves and a 20 foot downspout, which looks perfect and improved our drainage situation.
Leon and his team were on site three days after we hired him and completed their work in a single day, without leaving a scrap of garbage behind. They also left us with two lengths of replacement downspout should we wish to adjust or replace other downspouts on our property free of charge. Leon came back two days later to check the work over with us and make sure that we were satisfied with the job. We certainly were.
