Mold was discovered in my attic when I was preparing to sell my house. I obtained some estimates for the remediation work, and decided to go with Green Life as I liked the solution they recommended. I also thought their price was reasonable.

Their crew spent several hours in the attic, spraying all the mold, then fogging the space to make sure nothing was missed. The guys were efficient, hard-working and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

I had brought in an independent testing company to determine the scope of the problem before dealing with the remediation. The same company re-tested after the work was done and confirmed that there were no more signs of mold. Im very pleased with the work that Green Life did, and I would recommend the company to anyone dealing with this sort of problem.

We had a property that was in the works of a major renovation, with everything set up to begin, we discovered that all the walls had asbestos in them. We called Jason from Green Life Restoration and the next day he and his crew were in the property getting work done. The abatement took only 4 days to complete and it was done perfectly without complaint. The communication and overall professionalism from Jason and his crew made feel very confident in the work that they were doing. They were able to complete this abatement so quick that the initial project didn't have to be delayed. Going into this abatement I had no knowledge regarding the process or necessary steps but Jason was very informative and taught me a lot about asbestos and its different types of abatement. I would strongly suggest Green Life Restoration for all your restoration projects if you want a quick, thorough and professional job done.

We bought a 100 year old house which required the removal of a lot of asbestos wrapping and tiles. They did an excellent job getting all of this out and subsequent air quality tests proved their effectiveness. We also undertook a major renovation that required the removal of all flooring and several walls. This was done amazingly quickly with all debris removed and the home left very clean for the rebuild.
We have no reservations about recommending these guys for environmental or demolition projects.

I called Green Life because I was concerned that I had mold growing in my basement. Jason agreed to send someone to look at the problem. He sent David who arrived promptly and informed us that it was not mold. Jason did not charge us for that call and was very polite. I really appreciated his professionalism.

Green life restoration services were amazing service. I found out that I had mold in one of my buildings and initially I was expecting clean up in the New Year. They made it a priority and got me in before Christmas and everything shuts down. They realized my concern about growth of the mold and my tenants issues. They are truly an amazing company.

Due to poor work done by the previous water damage remediation company, our condo developed mold. Jason and his team quickly assessed the situation, gave us a fair quote and got the work done at a rapid rate. The company that tested our 100 year-old home for asbestos referred me to Green Life and to two other companies for abatement and demo services. I contacted all three of them to provide quotes. I received Jasons quote within 24 hours of meeting his colleague, David, at the house (the other two companies took 3 days and 7 days to send quotes). His quote was competitive and was more comprehensive in its scope than the other two quotes. For example, even though all three companies had the complete copy of the hazardous materials report, he was the only one to propose addressing the lead paint in the basement. He responded immediately when I asked to clarify and confirm a few things. He was flexible with his start date and provided an estimated completion date that he ultimately beat by about 3 days.

His crew did an excellent job and he sent me pictures of their progress each day which was very helpful as it wasnt possible to access the site during the project. I told him that he actually left the site looking better than when he arrived which seems absurd given that he took a 1700 square foot, 100-year old house down to the studs but I truly meant it. Their clean up was extraordinary and he took great care not to disrupt our neighbours (tough to do with a semi-detached home). They also removed a glass sunroom addition that had been tacked on to the back of the house 25 years ago and was in horrible condition. Remarkably, theres not a shard of broken glass anywhere in the back yard after their work.

There were a few surprises (i.e., an extra ceiling above what we thought was the original ceiling and an extra floor beneath the first two floors) so the cost was more than originally quoted but the adjustments were all very reasonable given the extent of the required out-of-scope work.

If I were to ever require demolition support on a future project, I would definitely hire Jason again. The general contractor Ive hired to do our renovation was also very impressed with Green Life's work and has said that he plans on using Jason in the future too.
