I initially decided to call this company because of the many wonderful reviews. I also called a few other companies for quotes. When Mohammed returned my call (very promptly) he came across as such a nice guy and he gave me a quote over the phone. His quote was not the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive, and one I considered very reasonable.
Mohamed arrived right when he said he would with all the necessary equipment and really is a very nice guy.
Our carpets were extremely dirty. They are a light coloured Berber carpet and I think they have been in the house for 25 years. We have been here for five and I have cleaned them once myself (never again. It was backbreaking and the results were mediocre). Mohamed got straight to it. He worked very hard with efficiency and was done in good time.
I would never consider calling anyone else for carpet cleaning, and I would 100% recommend Ideal Interior Care to anyone.
