This company is extremely qualified to do the work that they offer, are very coordinated, thorough, and on top of their schedule! They are extremely timely in their responses, very clean as they work, and offer superior quality craftsmanship. I would also like to give a big shout out to the owner! He is by far one of the most wonderful people to work with and I absolutely highly recommend anyone considering working with him. It is because of him that I will continue to come back to this company as my go to for any type of contracting work. Without any doubt!

I won't be able to get into all of the details as we are still preparing documents for the upcoming lawsuit.

But I'll share an example item:
-We chose a shower door and were billed for it
-OneWay construction never installed it and stopped replying to emails when asked for a refund

So I'll share a word of advice:
Get their address in advance (it's curiously missing from their website).
You will need this to sue.

We did a large renovation project with Oneway. Had an excellent experience, and now that we've lived in it for a while, we can honestly say that we wouldn't change a thing.

WE HAD BEEN THINKING OF OPENING UP THE SPACE ON OUR MAIN/LIVING AREA FOR SOME WHILE NOW. AFTER INTERVIEWING WITH MANY CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES WE FINALLY CAME ACCROSS ONEWAY AND WE ARE GLAD WE DID. OUR HOME WAS KEPT IMMACULATE AT THE END OF EACH DAY. THE TEAM WAS COMMUNICATIVE AND KEPT US INFORMED ALONG THE WAY. THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ALL FOR THE GREAT WORK AND INCREDIBLE FINISHED PRODUCT.

I would highly recommend Oneway Construction, we are very happy and excited for our kitchen. We removed walls to open up our main floor living space and renovated the kitchen, everything looks phenomenal. The attention to detail is incredible. Thanks to the whole team at Oneway.

THEY TOOK THE $ AND RAN. We unfortunately hired Oneway to renovate our downstairs bathroom and paid a 1/3 deposit in May 2019. Oneway gave us a start date of November 2019, then pushed it to January 2020, then February 21, 2020. They came in for a brief period and tore out our old bathroom, then left in March 2020 with the COVID shutdown. Since then they have made no attempt to reschedule or give us any idea of if, when or how this work will be completed. When the government determined work such as this job could continue, we even offered to leave the house for two weeks for their staff to work alone our home. To all our emails and offers of compromise, they offer scheduling excuses and refuse to confirm if they are working on other projects. All they have said is they are having trouble getting workers during COVID. We have paid them just under $20,000 to date. We have asked them if they would like to close out the job and return the money we paid for work not completed since they are unable to manage scheduling, with no response. In fact they have stopped responding to our messages (phone, email or text), and have gone so far as to block my wife's phone number. December 2020- still no word after letters emailed and sent.

I sincerely recommend ONEWay construction. After having bad experiences with other construction companies I was very hesitant on any other construction company. ONEWay proved to me that there's bad ones, but also there's good ones. I am beyond satisfied with their customer service and workmanship. I have no experience in construction but they kept me in the loop and informed before, during and after.
My house was always left very clean as if there was no construction going on. My family and I didn't feel any interruption during the process and our daily routine was as usual.
We thank you so much for all the amazing work and experience.
