Yuriy was very responsive and helpful in getting our plumbing work completed. The work was exceptional with great quality (and for a fraction of the price from a big plumbing company).

Gazda is an excellent company and Yuriy is a real pro. My drain issue turned out to be very complicated. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting and worked the problem to resolution even though he had to come back a second time. I was very impressed by his perseverance.

Yuriy is really professional. He did a great job replacing my bathroom sink faucet which was broken. He also detected leaking valves which could have become an issue. He found the missing pieces quickly and even with a back and forth to Home Depot, he was able to replace and finish the job in less than 3 hours. When done, the place was neat and clean.

This job could have been big or little. Yuriy came out very quickly after we discovered water on the floor of a basement kitchen. He explored several possibilities. Luckily, the culprit turned out to be a pinhole in a pipe and he fixed it expeditiously. He has done several jobs for us in the past and we rely on him completely.

Yuriy is a man who can see through problems basically on the spot. We're looking forward to having Yuriy come back to do other specialized work on our plumbing issues.

With two potty trained toddlers at home, we were overwhelmed when our bathroom toilet and shower drain overflowed first thing in the morning. Without a working bathroom, we were in quite the predicament!

Being new to the area, I had to conduct an online search and chose Yuryi due to the overwhelming number of positive reviews. He came within two hours and went straight to work.

We recently completed a first-time renovation through a contractor and Yuryi was able to immediately help us with potential solutions that were in OUR best interest. He quickly brought in highly technical instruments to conduct a thorough diagnosis and even took time to take a look at another unrelated issue. He completed an inspection, but reccomended we approach our contractor first, in order for any repairs to be completed by them, saving us thousands of dollars we would have paid for him to complete an extensive project. Our contractor's plumber did return and even had to call Yuryi for information because he did not have an extra long snake with a scope camera.

I was extremely impressed with Yuryi's level of honesty, transparency and fairness. He could have been self-serving in that situation, and was not at all. That is something extremely hard to come by!

One other aspect we appreciated was that Yuryi let us know when he was on his way, as well as called to check in with us following his house call.

We still have to complete renovations on our other bathroom and kitchen and will definitely go with him, and continue referring him to others.
