Kitchen sink drain clog and P trap repair

I had a kitchen sink not draining and I'd tried Drano and running a small auger myself with no success. Alex came within 2 hrs of my call (was not urgent) and used a better auger and fixed my P trap that I'd damaged. He was very professional following Covid protocols and explaining the issue and how to avoid it. Plumbing repairs are always expensive but it's nice to get the advice and the 30 day warranty that I'm sure they'd honour if I needed it.
