Awesome company with a generous amount of integrity. I had a leak and was having a tough time identifying where this leak originated. Alex sent Will over to see me to try and help locate the leak. Will was super accommodating in trying to help resolve the problem. The problem seemed to be structural which would likely require a small but expensive reno job. However he did not charge me for the diagnosis and told me to call him back if things did not work out down the line. That is how you keep a customer for life.
