Thermostatic cartridge replacement in shower

My cleaners (now ex-cleaners) turned the temperature control so hard they snapped the thermostatic cartridge off in the handle. I didn't discover this until the weekend, but Award Plus Plumbing was onsite within about an hour with that parts and expertise to remedy the issue. Very professional, efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommend and now I have a quality contact to use for any future repairs.
