Following the last storm, ice accumulated on our roof causing damage to shingles. We were really concerned with a roof leak that developed. We are glad to have found James, he was very polite, friendly and informative. James came to diagnose and fix a phantom leak in my roof, when anyone else I called brushed me off. He spent time going through each possibility (explaining everything as he went along) and never made it feel like he was in a hurry, which is a change from many others, who want to just get in and out.

I called him on a Sunday night to come Monday morning and he was here at 10am. Very quick response and very honest. He took the time to explain and show me in full detail what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Love the fact that he used pieces of wood from my garage to illustrate what was going on. Made me understand and visualize the problem. Very highly recommended!!!

James has been our go-to guy over the last few years whenever we need blown-off shingles replaced. This spring we discovered a leak and he was able to quickly identify and repair cracked roof vents. Called in this morning and work completed early this afternoon. Very pleased to have the work done so quickly, competently and courteously. The price was reasonable and garbage taken away.

Our kitchen roof had improper shingles which caused a leak into our kitchen. I went onto Homestars and out of twelve companies that reached out to me, only three showed up. Most companies said the job was too small and they were too busy for suck a small job. James however was the first to reply he would be more than happy to come out and inspect. He was curtious, helpful and understood what needed to be done. He took the time to map everything out and discuss our option. He even managed to fix his schedule to start a day earlier to avoid another possible leak. I would highly recommend as the finish product is great. We are very fortunate to have them come out.

A vent on my roof was broken by strong winds. I emailed Your Roof Specialist, got a quick reply and James was here the next day to fix the vent and some Eavestroughs. Service was quick, efficient and fairly priced. Definitely recommend.
