When I first walked into the store, I wasn't sure if they would carry a wide selection of stones. Then, I had the pleasure to meet with Joyce and that's when we instantly connect. She is knowledgeable, professional and understands the customer's needs and wants. Having a background in the Quality Assurance industry, I would consider myself more picky than your average customer...but I thought the installers were efficient in terms of time, detailed oriented in delivering good workmanship and ensured I was completely happy with the end result including anything that needed to be re-done/adjusted. They were also amazing at accommodating to some last minute changes to my waterfall island courtesy of my kitchen cabinet guy not doing his part and went completely MIA. One small feedback I would have is that with the popularity of grey kitchens, I think using the right tone of grey for the caulking would perfect the detailed finish better (as opposed to white or almond colours which was the only thing available at the time). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service from Joyce and her team for my quartz island, countertop and backsplash and would definitely recommend GTA Stone Countertops as they have a wide variety of options for everyone and prices are amazing.
