Robb and his team were great on a recent job rewiring the power for my dryer. He was very responsive when I reached out, gave me a few options for what the solution might be, then gave a me an accurate quote. He was even able to move my appointment earlier when he had a last minute cancellation. Guys on site were great, confirmed the work order and got the work done quickly.

He's since been very helpful on other small jobs including talking me out of some work I didn't need to do, always appreciate the honesty!

My new go-to when I need an electrician!

Robb and his apprentice did a wonderful job in getting a number of small jobs done that I have never had time to get done. This included new motion detectors, installing timer switches, replacing lamp holders, installing new switches and plug-ins.

I was very impressed by Robb's positive and professional attitude, very clean and tidy with his clean-up and wiring, safety consciousness. I asked him to do some rewiring for my older furnace and I was very impressed how careful he was to get all the furnace information in advance so he could check out some items with his furnace specialist before commencing the work.

I also appreciated how easy it was to connect with him by email including on evenings and week-ends which was very convenient when I am working during the day.

I also appreciated that he did not try to "upsell" me on work that was not necessary and in fact discouraged from doing some expensive work I was thinking about as he said it was not necessary.

We tried to install a ceiling fan and realized it was beyond our capabilities. Everything about Robb's service was outstanding from his workmanship to his professional demeanor. He finished so quickly he asked if we had any other projects. I look forward to working with Jewel Electric again.

We recently developed the basement with a bedroom, bathroom, large family/study area and a storage room. Robb was recommended to us, and after meeting with several electricians we decided to go with Robb as well. His quote was very fair, and he was able to offer some suggestions on lighting placement given a couple of funky bulkheads that we had to include.

We were more than happy with the final result, from the quality of work/products to the service he and his team provided. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend him to friends or family.

This was a difficult job. I had another electrical contractor look at it and he declined. Robb was great and said "This is what we do." It involved working partially in my sloped attic. I was not home but gave Robb and his apprentice access to my home. They did the work and called me to reassure me all done. Up arrival home you would not know they had been to home as totally cleaned up except that now there was 'light' in our bedroom. Robb even put another switch allowing us to turn off overhead pot lights without getting out of bed. This has been a wonderful feature and thrilled with the work.

Robb is an excellent electrician, professional businessman and exemplary at customer service. He did what he said he was going to do, he arrived on time every day and he went above and beyond, thinking of creative solutions without us having to ask him to. It was such a relief to know he was working on the best way to get the job done, not just the fastest (though he is very efficient as well!)

Robb is a wonderful professional. He fixed the outdoor lights on our condo building. A couple needed new bulbs and the rest Robb replaced with motion sensors. Robb is friendly confident, and a trustworthy professional. He is easy to communicate with, reliable and does great work. I would highly recommend him for whatever job you need done. Thanks Robb!

Since this is a small Owner/Operator thus the service is top notch, they works with us to find the best solution: from Security lighting, LED interior retrofit and all of the everyday electrical issues from ourshop...always done to our satisfaction.
