Thermocare Heating And Cooling

My 23 year old AC unit packed up on a Saturday evening on the hottest weekend of the year. I called Thermocare early Sunday morning and by midday they were over to try repair the unit. Based on the existing undersized unit and cost of the replacement of both the compressor and gas, we decided to upgrade to a new unit. Thermocare ordered the unit Monday morning and delivered the unit in the afternoon. Sutha and his coworker worked until midnight installing the unit and made sure it was working before they left. The installation was complex and required running 45' of new copper piping through the ceiling. They placed drop sheets wherever they were working and on completing the place was left spotless.
Not only was their work outstanding but Sutha and his coworker were really really nice people.
Based on my experience I would highly recommend Thermocare.

Why do furnaces quit on the coldest day ? I called Thermocare because of a previous positive experience with one of their technicians (Alan ) on an A/C problem. He sent someone when promised. The technician explained the problem which was endemic to the old Carrier/Payne units. Rather than fix, we chose to replace with an Amana unit with a 10 yr guarantee. They were quick, efficient, and very tidy, and the job was done professionally. I am a retired aircraft mechanic and I appreciate the quality and neatness of a job well done because I inspected as they went along.

They have done a professional job for upgrading my home comfort. All the units plus intake and exhaust pipes are installed above the Government standard also the AC coils are run very professionally. Workmanship and their conduct are very good at all time.
