My friend recommended this company to us. I am very satisfied with their service. The owner of the company explained to us the necessary steps before the procedure. And we were quickly scheduled. He arrived on site on time and completed the procedure in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We recently had the pleasure of having Swift X Pest Control to our house to treat our first case of bed bugs. We found Swift X by a simple search online, and decided to move forward with them after getting quotes from a few different companies. Michael's quote was not only reasonable but, just as important, he was compassionate and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what we needed to do to prep for his visit and was patient with our questions.

For the day of the treatment, he arrived on time, and was professional and did the treatment efficiently. Again, he was patient with our questions and concerns and provided valuable advice and information. When he left he provided after care instructions and his guarantee.

What impressed us the most about Swift X and Michael specifically, is that despite that our guarantee period had passed slightly, when we called him due to a bug sighting, he did not hesitate to help us out. He truly went above and beyond to help, when he did not have to. Despite the expired warranty and the short notice, he came back to do another treatment right away!

We had Pharaoh ants all over our house when we moved in last year. We reached out to Swift X and Mike got here in less than a week. He did the treatment, gave us some very useful guidance, tips and tricks to make sure we got rid of them the best that we could. He let us know to call him back if the ants dont go away in about 90 days.
Unfortunately, the ants were very resilient and while they went away for a bit after the first treatment, they came back. So sure enough, we called Mike again. Again, with absolute promptness, Mike was there in a couple days for a second round and they were gone for good this time around. He did tell us again that they might come back at a later time cause we live in a condo townhouse with neighbors around and its hard to find the source in such a situation.
A year goes by and I text Mike cause I start to see the ants come up again (although its nearly not as bad as it was earlier). He comes by and Ive to practically force him to take any money for the visit and leaves me with a tube of the bait so I can use it later.

Mike is the best kind of contractor to work with. He knows his stuff, is extremely kind and prompt with his work. I highly recommend him.

I would 100% recommend Swift X to manage any pest control issue. Mike is knowledgeable, asks the right questions, listens, and is reliable. He is an excellent communicator. But what sets his company above others, in my opinion, is his integrity and professionalism. He stands behind his guarantees and truly cares about his clients and helping them resolve their pest problems. He tackled a mice, mite and ant problem for us. We live in a semi-detached home which makes completely eradicating the mice challenging however he went above and beyond, returning several times to refresh the bait and even baiting the neighbouring house. His quote was competitive but his high level of service makes it excellent value. We will definitely be calling Swift X again for any future pest control issues.

I needed an exterminator to deal with a prolonged mouse problem at my parents' home in Clarkson. Mice had been a problem in the home going back to the mid 90s. My father would use traps and poison to "get rid" of the mice but they would always return. After I moved out and my parents got older, the problem escalated. When I saw how bad it was in 2022 I decided to call in professional help. Mike from Swift X came in promptly to assess the situation with a thorough inspection. He was extremely professional and thorough, treating both the inside and outside and determining entry points. Fast forward to today: after more than 30 years of infestation, my parents' home has now been mice free for 18 months!! I am very grateful for Mike's meticulous approach, great attitude, and prompt service. If you want to really deal with critters/rodents, this is the company you should hire.

Michael showed up on time and within 45 minutes he eradicated my wasp infestation. Bye bye wasps!!

Swift X did an amazing job - very thorough and our insect issues are no more. Clear communication, on time and on budget. Would highly recommend if you're looking for insect / pest control. We have been using swift X annually and will continue to do so.

This is our second year in this home, and we had to call Mike again, as the ants have returned. Mike was able to fit us in quickly, and sprayed and baited all over the house to stop the pharaoh and carpenter ants from taking over.
Mike was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything for us and letting us know what type of ant activity to expect in the coming weeks. When the pharaoh ants found another route inside the house and began taking over a cupboard again, Mike returned and sprayed and baited again, this time for free!
I am so grateful that I found such a trustworthy pest control guy, I don't think it is too often that companies offer such a thorough guarantee, but I was very appreciative that Mike came back again so fast to take care of that second round of ants. He is a great guy, and this is a great company. I will be calling Mike again for any pests in the future.

This was the second time we called Mike about pests. We had reached out to him at our old house when there was mice at our neighbours. We moved recently and have a potential mouse situation in our house (shredded paper, but no other visible signs). Mike was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and educated us on what to do to prevent this going forward.
