Dan was very detailed in explaining even the tiniest of things on the property. The inspection is an eye opener on what photos don’t and can’t do. The inspection comes with Dan’s free DIY suggestions on how to fix any defect in the house. He will also go over the plumbing and electrical systems and guide what’s what, how they work, how much residual life something has and as a bonus, things one should know about the house before getting ripped off by tradesmen such as plumbers if something breaks down.
