Verandah carpeting as well as main hall staircase carpeting
I researched on line and around at the big stores for carpet or some sort of alternate flooring for the front verandah, to be coupled with installation, and had no luck at all. Mostly I got the answer that Covid had shut down the supply chain, and the appropriate carpeting wasn't available. I really wanted the torn, ugly carpeting removed before Fall.
I turned to Homestars and came across Safeway Carpet & Flooring.

The owner, Sam, made a house call himself, and had a great selection of carpeting as well as practical advice.
We piggy-backed new carpeting on the main hall staircase. Everything was done exceptionally well and in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the results.
