Sam was professional, friendly and attentive, prompt with text replies to all our queries. In person, he had a gentle & polite demeanour and we found him to be genuine and trustworthy, willing to serve, which we really appreciated since we typically prefer to use referrals. Not having any available, we had no choice but research the internet and Safeway Flooring was 1 of 3 companies we consulted with. They were very competitive with their prices and variety of style choices and we found Sam to be very honest (at payment, two $50’s were stuck together and he returned it!). He and his colleague accommodated our unique requests with working at a home with Seniors, one with Alzheimer’s, and followed our specific Covid safety protocols, and completed the job in one day. We are very pleased and thrilled with the final reveal, including clean-up and vacuuming, leaving us the extra remnants to redo the stairs down the road. The complete process from initial phone call; in-home consult for measurements & broadloom selection; written contract to confirm pricing and installation date; removal of old carpet and under-padding; to final reveal, was efficient and well done within 3wks.
